Demi Liu from CHN Real Estate did an amazing job selling our home in Box Hill North. Her professionalism, communication, and market knowledge were outstanding, and she achieved a result well beyond our expectations. We’re extremely happy and highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.

We recently sold our property with the assistance of Wen Yu and were very impressed with his professionalism and dedication. From the beginning, his guidance was clear, honest and transparent, which gave us a lot of confidence, especially as the market was softening at the time of our sale. Wen Yu worked extremely hard to communicate with and negotiate with all potential buyers, and he was able to secure a strong offer for our property before the auction, above the market value at that time.

Give Wen a call — CHN has the buyers and Wen has the contacts. He’s super easy to deal with and sells so many homes around here. You honestly can’t fault him. We were blown away by the amazing job Wen and his team did. He’s honest, keeps you updated, and we’d 100% use him again. Highly recommend!

Wen was fantastic and gets us a price higher than we ever expected — which is the most important thing! In our area, CHN is definitely the strongest and only choice. Wen kept us updated throughout the whole process, shared buyer feedback, and helped us with every detail of the presentation. We really appreciated all the effort throughout the campaign.

From our first meeting with Calvin from CHN we had confidence instilled that agent choice was right. Calvin placed Grainy with the property sale. Being new to the Melbourne market we looked around at various agents and CHN knew the Box Hill market. Recomendations for property preparations and sale timing were given and signs went up next day, advertising and inspections times set in place. Grainy gave us regular timely reports of inspections and prospective buyers.

Christian walked us through every step of selling our place - from the initial chat, through the renos, marketing, and right up to a great auction result. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about getting it right for everyone involved - both us as sellers and the potential buyers. That approach really helped attract the right people and made the whole process feel good for everyone. I'd definitely recommend him.

I recently sold my investment property through Taraan, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the very first meeting, Taraan set the tone with complete transparency, no jargon, just a clear, step-by-step breakdown of the strategy, market conditions, and realistic price expectations. What stood out most was how engaged he kept me throughout the entire process. Weekly updates, instant responses to my questions and proactive alerts about buyer feedback.
