Calvin and his team were great to deal with! They were attentive , available and stayed in touch . Calvin pricing was conservative , which i appreciated as their are a lot of agents that promise the world but underdeliver. His approach to selling my unit was on the money and , in the end , had a sterling result ! I admire the team ambition and drive to get the best possible price, with their marketing approach . I really did feel that we were a team , to do better ! They are consistent!
