Calvin is a true professional. He has an exceptional work ethic and his skills as an auctioneer are outstanding. He targeted the right market for our online auction which led to a very competitive auction. He then worked the online auction superbly to extract every last bid out of the registered buyers. I could not recommend him and Jim Chen at Buxton's more highly. Nice guys without big egos totally dedicated to their customers .

I'm so glad I got Steven to sell my house. I'd heard about him from neighbours and had high expectations. Steven exceeded them. From first meeting to last he's been fantastic.
