You just can't go wrong choosing Steven!! He is attentive, professional and made himself available at all times to answer our questions and concerns. Through his negotiation skills and relentless attitude to help us achieve the best outcome, we ended up selling for a price well beyond our expectations. He was able to facilitate a successful sale despite multiple challenges with the property and we are forever grateful. Anyone thinking of selling needs to have him on their side. Thankyou Steven!

Wen was professional, helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns. He worked hard to find buyers and sent reports promptly. His greatest strength was the fact that he was very proactive without being pushy. Selling at auction is always stressful, but Wen's attention to detail gave me confidence that my property was in good hands. I would highly recommend him, and his work as a realestate agent. Thanks Wen

From the very start, Wen has been great to help this process from the beginning to after sales follow up. He was very respectful and patient with our situation (complex deceased estate), that we had a few twist and turns to navigate while still capitalising on the recent market upturn. I would highly recommend he and his team in any type of real estate transactions. Thanks again Wen, and like I said in person... Sincerest appreciation for you in regards to our situation, especially for my Dad and family.

We first met Steven as a buyer 3 years ago and he impressed us then with his polite manner. A few years later when we were ready to sell a different property he popped up as the first person to contact. Steven is multilingual, extremely professional and punctual. He made himself available and arrived on time for all appointments. Communication was prompt and frequent and he always kept us informed throughout the entire selling process and worked to get the best price for us. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Jim from our first meeting is that he's very professional and knows his market very well. Jim listened and gave feedback that assisted with getting the best possible result on auction day. I highly recommend Jim and the team at Buxton's Box Hill to anyone considering selling their property.

Jim kept in touch with me for at least 2 years and provided great insight into what was happening in the market. Appreciated his persistence and knowledge in the area. He is a very polite gentleman and I would highly recommend him. The result was close to our expectations!

After looking at a couple of local agents, and speaking to some of them, Wen Yu definitely stood out from the crowd as he was honest and showed real passion and enthusiasm when he spoke. Although I knew my expectations were very high, Wen Yu never crushed them, but only matched it with his own. And needless to say, he duly delievered and more! He achieved something that hasn't been done before, which was to sell my house for the highest price in the Suburb! Now that was impressive, how many people can say that their house is the most expensive in their suburb? Hats off to Wen Yu and his team! If you live in the Blackburn area, and looking to sell, look no further. Thanks Wen Yu!

My husband and I just sold our house on the weekend. Calvin was our lead agent and we found him to be an honest, articulate and an intelligent person. As we live in another city we communicated via Zoom meetings and felt that we could trust the sale of our house to Calvin and his team. They are a mulitlingual team so we knew that when it came time for the auction they could cater to all potential buyers. During the auction Calvin was calm, professional and had the right amount of humour to keep everybody relaxed. We were really happy with the price we got for our family home and know that Calvin and his team worked hard to get the best price for us. Thanks Calvin!

Calvin and his team were very professional to deal with. Their knowledge of the market and advice was crucial in fetching the highest price for my property. I couldn't be happier with the outcome achieved and highly recommend Calvin and his team to anyone considering putting their property on the market in Box Hill and surrounding areas.

Wen was the agent we chose to sell our family home. We found him to be honest and very respectful, and always available. After a few meetings, we had great confidence in Wen and his team, and we trusted the sale of our house to them. They are a mulitlingual team so we knew that when it came time for the auction they could cater to all potential buyers. They got us a great price on auction day, and really pushed all the buyers to give the maximum and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you Wen.

Steven stood out from the agents that we've interviewed. We had an unsuccessful sales campaign prior and Steven and the team managed to secure a great outcome for our family home. I would highly recommend Steven to sell your property as he was transparent, honest and sincere. Thankyou Steven
