We had a wonderful experience dealing with James, John and the team in the purchase of our property. They were clear and concise with theirs and the vendors expectations, and made the negotiations as seamless as possible. Great communication from start to finish and can’t recommend them enough

Hi all , we were considering selling and had a chat with James and the team. We were not staying at the property much and thought it may be time to sell. We did an off market sale. The team had the property sold within a couple of weeks and at the price we had asked for. Because the sale was off market, we had no expensive advertising and the fees payable to Impact were very fair.

I had recent experience in selling my home using the services of Ben Cadd from Impact Realty. This was only the second time I have sold a home and I was extremely anxious. Ben was nothing short of amazing. He clearly explained the process and regularly reported back to me. All of my questions, both by email and phone were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Following the sale Ben has kept in touch to ensure that the after sake process was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone wanting to sell their home.

After dealing with a few of the agents down on the Peninsula whilst trying to buy a property he was fantastic and spent a lot of time giving us guidance and advice. James even took us on guided tour of Mt Eliza to show us around prior to making an offer. Hes a terrific agent!

The entire team were friendly and genuinely cared about our property and our wishes. If you’re looking for a team that you can trust your home with, I would always recommend Callum, Briely and everyone at Impact.

Both Callum and Briely took the extra time and effort to answer questions and to establish the best possible marketing strategy. I cannot question the experience and knowledge they have in the real estate industry. I would fully recommend Impact and for Callum and Briely to represent you.
