James is the local market expert
James is very personable and good to deal with. But his market knowledge is his real differentiator. He sells so many houses that he's a lot closer to the market than most agents. Highly recommended.

Connected into a broad investor network
Jamie and his team presented me with an off-market solution to selling my recently purchased and renovated property in an up and coming beachside location. He presented options that allowed for restricted access during COVID lockdown. Three days, swiftly and efficiently he had a qualified investor buyer at the table negotiating. Sold in record time by a very professional Property Consultant Ben Cadd.
Ben has been a very good experience in selling my home. Ben has made a usually stressful experience stress less. I was well informed about the process and how the negotiations would be handled at the most important stage. Sold in 4 days and very happy with the price. Virtual inspection and purchase of new property
We dealt mostly with John, but have been very satisfied with the service provided by Impact Reality in general. Responses were prompt and helpful. We only applied to view one property via virtual inspection, and while there were a few technical issues initially, we were able to glean enough information to feel confident in placing a bid. The team have since been very friendly and supportive since our purchase.

Wonderful and professional experience with Impact!
Our experience working with James and his team at Impact to sell our home was very positive. Professional and personable
James, Deb and the team were great to deal with from the very first phone call and were informative and knowledgeable through the process of marketing and selling our home. Personal and professional excellence
Having originally purchased our property from James at Impact and having an excellent experience it was an easy choice to select Impact when deciding to sell. James and his team of superstars, took time to talk us through their strategy to sell during covid, which I completely trusted, arranging a personalised marketing campaign and gaining huge interest in a short time and organising dressing of the property to maximise the sale to the right audience. Very open, clear and laid back.
Right from the outset, the team at Impact were always willing to talk about all the ways we go about selling our house. We felt as though it was a easy process. James’ indications of how the whole process would turn out were very accurate and at no point did we have surprises or anything unexpected. It was all very easy and low stress.
