Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Deb and James made the experience extremely easy for us. We were in a very unique situation as we sold our property and then purchased a home all in the space of 4 hours, while overseas. Not an easy thing to negotiate and sign contracts from 3 1/2 thousand kilometres away, but James and Deb made it seemless for us; nothing was to difficult nor a problem. It is a very weird feeling to sell and buy a home all in the same day, but Deb and James professionalism and can-do attitude made it totally flawless. Both James and Deb were amazing in helping us with selling our home. James was great in giving is an understanding of the market, the value of our home and the best process to achieve a successful sale in both price and time. Deb was incredibly thoughtful and took the stress out of selling our house by creating calendars, finding good tradies and helping my wife with the opens, and putting the finishing touches into our home that made it more attractive to potential buyers. James was great throughout the negotiation process and helped us make a sound decision that lead to a fantastic result. I could not recommend them higher. Having sold homes many times before and being int he industry myself for 20 years i have yet to encounter a more genuine team dedicated to creating the win win for both parties and meeting us at the pain points of the process to make what is typically a very stressful process, easy. Extremely happy with my choice in an agent. Called two other local agents and did not even receive a call back. Adam responded straight away, kept our appointment the next day, and spent much time making sure he thoroughly understood the circumstances surrounding the sale of my home. I called Adam many times throughout the process of pre-sale, sale and post-sale. When I called he always either answered his phone directly or called back shortly afterward. Adam handled my many concerns professionally and promptly. He was also helpful with contacts in terms of styling the home ready for sale, and the styling team did a fabulous job. The house sold in one week for $60,000 above the price I wanted, and $85,000 more than another concurrent offer. I couldn’t be happier with the service given by Adam.
