Thank you James, Deb and all the team at Impact. Their knowledge, advise, price and support was fantastic. Dealing with James, Deb and the team at Impact reality made selling our house a breeze - even in a rapidly softening market. With a background in economics James is very knowledgeable in market forces, buying/selling cycles etc to be able to get you the best price for your property. The communication from the team was outstanding and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of agents. Do yourself a favour and choose James, Deb and the team at Impact Realty.

James was able to achieve that difficult balance of working for & respecting the needs of both the vendor & purchaser in our dealings. The team - Deb & Marie, provided courteous & prompt attention to all matters inquired of them. We are really looking forward to our new surrounds.

After interviewing a number of agents it was a very easy decision. We decided to pick James and Deb to sell our home as they showed to most knowledge and desire to achieve the best possible price. They presented a plan off attack on how they were going to achieve the best price and didn't fail. At all times they went above and beyond to keep us in the loop on how our sale was progressing. We sold our home over a month ago, and they are in regular contact to ensure everything is going well and offering any further services we may need. I would have no problems in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the future. WHAT THEY PROMISED THEY DELIVERED. Thanks for everything my family can now move onto the next faze of our life with a huge smile on our face.

James is the utmost professional. Like most other agents we met with he is experienced & knowledgeable but what sets James apart from the rest is that he goes above & beyond in his communication, he is respectful & most importantly he is genuine. Our dealings with Deb & Marie were very similar, they also made us feel comfortable throughout the process & added to the overal Impact Realty experience. If you are looking for an Agent or in the market to Buy or Sell, we highly recommend contacting James and the team @ Impact Realty.

James presented well from the start and gave insightful information to assist with our sale. He was fantastic with our open for inspections and photo's. He even supplied cushions and flowers to dress our place. Nothing was too hard for James and I congratulate him on his efforts which contributed to a speedy contract signing within 2 weeks.
