Adam Hanley was entrusted with the sale of my mother's property recently and during this process he provided excellent communication throughout the process and was highly professional in his approach. As well as being a great communicator, Adam also excelled in the negotiation process and delivered above our expectations. I look forward to dealing with Adam in relation to any future sales or purchases of property.

Adam was hands down the forerunner in our selection of agents to sell our Property. We always felt heard and respected in our views and needs. He never "big noted" himself yet it was obvious through meeting him and seeing his approach to sales that he had confidence and credibility. We highly recommend him to anybody wanting to sell their property. A job well done.

As purchasers we found both James & Deb very accommodating without the pushy sales approach. They worked well with us to understood our position & shared our vision for what will be our next family home. We are now looking forward to a smooth settlement, thanks again James and Deb.

We met James after spending three years trying to find a new home with no luck. We told him what we were looking for and to our surprise he actually listened. Within a couple of months James found and showed us two off market properties that we loved. As potential buyers we found him to be honest and open at all times while still working to get the best price he could acheive for the sellers. As such when the time came to sell our home we did not think twice about hiring James. He and Deb advised and helped us to present our home in the best way and were amazingly well organized and professional. We are confident that James acheived the best price for our home. We aren't planning on ever selling our new forever home, but if we do James will be the agent we call on.

James and Deborah where fantastic. Engaging and genuine without pressuring us into the purchase. Their communication was outstanding as it enabled our offer to be accepted in a very timely manner with minimal back and forward negotiations with both parties getting what we wanted

Deb and James helped make our sea change from Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula as seamless as possible. They were on hand every step of the way, always available and happy to provide advice on a number of matters not just related to the purchase of our house. We are delighted with our move and thank Deb and James for their genuine, friendly manner in which they handled the sale.

Deb was outstanding from the moment I first spoke with her on the phone. She waited past the open times to show us through the property we have now purchased and had negotiated the sale price successfully before we even got home. Honest and very personable
