In Deb and Jamie of IMPACT REALITY GROUP we encountered two delightful young people who brought to real estate their well honed skills and knowledge from previous careers in the legal and finance arenas coupled with individual charm and caring. As vendors we felt totally at ease as Deb and Jamie guided us through the process of marketing and sale of our family home of 35 years which also extended to counselling us through the practical emotional aspects of parting with our long time home. What do you say about an agent that gets above your dream price when renos aren't finished and your house hasn't officially hit the market?!!! Professional all the way, amazing negotiator and achieved street record results for not only us but also my parents home too. The best part is I feel we also met a friend along the way. I honestly cannot recommend this amazing, beautiful soul enough.
