A consummate professional who understood our needs because she listened
This was our first experience in selling a house in over 50 years. Mary-Anne was therefore a natural fit for our requirements with her decades of real estate experience. Her deep knowledge, extensive capabilities, and a transparency in her approach to the sale provided us with a a high level of trust in the sale process. This was all the more important because we had relocated out of town and much of the sale negotiations were conducted remotely; text, email, and phone. Mary-Anne is the complete deal, taking the hard work and worry out of all aspects of the sale. She has an amazing network of connections including removalists, stylists, handymen, gardeners, builders, and architects. This was not only an asset to us during the sale but also to potential buyers. For Mary-Anne there are no problems, just solutions.
