From the outset Rebecca and her team were completely engaged in the entire process of helping me sell my house, from suggestions for a stylist to minor tweaks and suggestions on how to best present it to appeal to the greatest number of buyers. I love my house and I fully believed that Rebecca loved it as much as I did .. (almost anyway!) Her comprehensive updates after each open were greatly appreciated and were accurate and succinct. From our first meeting I found Alex to be very knowledgeable and professional. He set out the possible expectations. He achieved the top sale price. He coordinated with the tenants, the marketing people, the painters and kept me in the loop at every stage. This is what one would normally expect but these are not ordinary times.
