I can’t say I had the best experience with Alex selling my property, it was very average. The sale price was below my expectations and also below the price Alex said he could confidently get for the property. I received a verbal update once or twice a week however no written weekly or bi-weekly report that I’ve seen other agents produce. I had no visibility of foot traffic of various advertising channels e.g. Domain, Real Estate.com, agent website etc The auction had a small number of registered bidders and wasn’t very successful in my opinion due to low interest. Not a bad experience but not great either
