It was a pleasure working with Oscar. He made the process as close to stress free as real-estate can be. Kept me updated and helped me make decisions without feeling pressured and took care of the details. 5 stars - I literally couldn't recommend him more highly, or I would have.

After interviewing four local agents we decided upon Mary-Anne. And we certainly made the right decision. Listing our property in not ideal times, just after the Delta lockdown, Mary-Anne had to work twice as hard to get us sold. She delivered a great result at a price above what other agents had indicated and within a limited timeframe - we'd already bought and were running out of time. Mary-Anne worked tirelessly to get us sold, showing our house after hours and on Sundays. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a great experience and we cannot recommend Mary-Anne highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mary Anne. First she was able to guide me in relation the best time to list my property. From day one she was so professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always communicated regularly and clearly and was able to guide me towards an outstanding result with my property. My experience with Mary Anne was way beyond my expectations and I am certainly a very happy vendor. I would recommend Mary Anne for any vendor in the area. Mary Anne gave it 110%. I have sold many properties but never have I felt that a salesperson was so much on my side whilst being able to keep purchasers in her grip.

Rebecca is amazing! She was the agent for the properties we bought and sold. Rebecca has phenomenal local knowledge. Even better, she gets every cent out of buyers but in a very respectful way. Rebecca is a very ethical agent - realistic about price guides and will never encourage you to spend above limit to secure a salez

Best agent ever in lower north shore especially Lane Cove. Alex is experienced and understanding, he has done a fantastic job for arranging the first open home with very short notice and taking care of the entire selling process professionally. I highly recommend Alex and R&H Lane Cove to future buyers and sellers.

Alex is so professional at his position, you can trust his skills. He found one of the greatest 2 bedroom apartment for me at Lane Cove, so happy with my purchase.

I think Mary-Anne is a great agent, she understands what the buyers are looking for and the expectation of the vendor, then help both sides to approach the balance point.

Oscar recently sold my unit in Lane Cove and from the initial conversation to negotiating the sale his professionalism, experience and transparency throughout the process enabled a fantastic result. Oscar has strong communication skills and kept me up to date after each inspection and interaction to allow us to make informed decisions on the strategy forward. Oscar was very prompt with all responses and questions I had to even securing the deal at 9pm at night. Thank you for all your hard work it was a pleasure working with you and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

From the outset Rebecca and her team were completely engaged in the entire process of helping me sell my house, from suggestions for a stylist to minor tweaks and suggestions on how to best present it to appeal to the greatest number of buyers. I love my house and I fully believed that Rebecca loved it as much as I did .. (almost anyway!) Her comprehensive updates after each open were greatly appreciated and were accurate and succinct. She has comprehensive and up to date advice on the market and the price achieved was testament to that. I would engage Rebecca and have recommended and used Rebecca since and would do so again.

From point of 1st contact right through to the sale has been a really great experience. I had my hand held when I got anxious. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. Contact from Oscar was just right, not to much but always with succinct updates. Luckily for me all the advice, guidance, local market knowledge and on point marketing by Oscar paid off. I achieved a street record. Raine and Horne offer a great team, it felt right from beginning to end. Will be recommending them to all
