We found the inspection of the property well managed and agent was knowledgeable and informative. The application process was relatively seamless online. We were accepted for the tenancy which was well received as we really like the property. The process of getting the keys and signing the lease was fine but communications regarding utilities set up and issue of appropriate keys could be improved. Overall relatively satisfied with the process from start to finish.
