We were looking for a rental property and realised the demand in Hammond Park was high. Fortunately we managed to find a property within 2 weeks. The agency was quick to respond to: an inspection date, any queries, and to provide us with the lease contract. Excellent communication by keeping us updated on anything happening/changing. Never experienced service this fast before in property. Really had a smooth transaction.

Taking into account tough real estate market conditions in Perth and our first experience renting a property in Australia we were lucky to get the property as you can only imagine how many stages of cooperation were new to us. In the end, the application was successful. The house was handed over after cleaning and was relatively clean. But, unfortunately, we did not receive the requested cleaning report. We were given a very detailed and comprehensive property condition report for approval and were given the opportunity to agree on it within a week. Robyn Lee helped us to rent this house, handled all the related procedures, answered all our questions and was always in touch. We appreciate your cooperation and wish you success.
