The property manager Madison has been so rude and unprofessional. The apartment was not cleaned properly. The property condition report was sent very late and I could not review it as I work FIFO and was busy for the most duration. FIFO situation was communicated to her in-person. They do this to eat the bond money. I will never recommend Xceed to anyone. The property was in miserable condition and had hair everywhere. The slider door still remains unrepaired. So is the exhaust in bathroom and kitchen. Despite communicating so many times, not a single phone call or an email regarding how they will clean up everything. Shame on you guys! I hope you read this twice before deciding to go with Xceed.
