Smooth progress in getting the house
The agents involved are very nice and helpful as they always provide the answers for the questions about the property. With this being my first time renting through a real estate agency, I would say I had a great experience with Xceed Real Estate. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to buy or rent a place. Special shoutout to Irma, Courtenay and Erika for making it a smooth process in helping me getting a lease on the property.

Very quick application process and advising us our application was successful
Very quick and efficient in processing our rental application and the information they required from us to the payments required and sending us the lease agreement. All emails and inquiries answered promptly and in a professional yet friendly manner. Great service from a real estate agent for us being 1st time renters.
