Exceed have been so easy to work with we almost thought there should be a catch. Recently took on a tenancy agreement with them and they have been quick with responding and very helpful.

All over experience was good. There is one thing has need to change that, they should be provide the property manager contact number, so we can connect directly with her. Its really difficulty for us to first cll to reception and explain everything then she transfers the call to manger and then we explain everything. Overall, staff was good.
