We were so impressed with how responsive the agents were during our application. Despite a very busy and competitive market, the agent gave up their time to speak to us on the phone and answer our questions about the house. This made us feel comfortable submitting our application without viewing the house. We were also grateful that minor upgrades to the house were made prior to is moving in.

Just entered the rented property, has been updated that we have a property manager and property manager assistant. None of them appeared when we collected the key. We've been also told that our property manager will contact us, but still, nobody has contacted us. We tried also to reach the manager and her assistant because we had an issue with the hot water, left 3 messages in the agency, but nobody have us a call back. In addition, the cleaning of the property was awful, the oven and dishwater were molded.

We would like to thank Xceed leasing agent Robyn Lee for her professionalism and great rapport with us during not so easy process of finding tenants for our property. Robyn has been a lovely person to communicate with: quick to answer all our questions and always trying to put us at ease ( eg. Robyn quickly organised the locksmith when her colleague bolted the doors and no one could get into the property), as well as doing her best to find the suitable tenants. Robyn also recommended and organised the property valuation company to get in touch with us. During the whole process of leasing our house of 25 years, we felt that Robyn had our best interest in mind and was trying her hardest to find the suitable tenants. Xceed made leasing easy! The viewing was great, the application was made simple online, the team had great communication throughout the acceptance process and key handover appointment with Taryn was excellent with lots of information supplied. They even had a little moving in gift which was so sweet! Would definitely lease through Xceed again.
