The agent does not make sure all the equipments and appliances in the property are functioning properly and requires no maintenance before the property is leased out to a new tenant. Requires to put in maintenance request for replacement/repair as soon as tenant moves into the property. However, the maintenance request takes weeks to go through. Such maintenance request from new tenants should be taken up immediately or should have been carried out before leasing out to reduce the hassle of calling up the agent and putting in request. Except for the above the Agency is good or excellent as of now.
