We used to be with Knight Frank which got taken over by Xceed. We've since had a few property managers change over and each time none of them took the time to phone us to introduce themselves. Doesn't feel like personal service. Every time I try to call or email and leave a message with reception, its luck of the draw whether I can get through to my property manager and sometimes they take over 2 weeks to respond. I'm constantly chasing them up.

As a referred customer, I am not happy with the service provided from Xceed to date. My rental property has been with them for two months now and there has been delays in rent from day one, statements, and overall really poor service. At this point, I would not recommend and I know other family members who also have their properties with exceed are feeling much the same. Disappointing!
