Excellent Agency
I have a two bedroom unit in Maylands and when my tenant gave notice to vacate, Xceed immediately starting advertising for a new tenant. It didn't take long for Xceed to replace my old tenant, which was great. I also had some plumping issues in the bathroom before the new tenants moved in and was really happy with the service which was provided from Xceed in the prompt way they sorted out the problem.

Good Agency
The agency is up to par with my exposure to other real estate property managers. However, more concerned sideration should be made to vintage owners like us with the lack of computer skills to access important info. Without the help from Taryn on the odd occasion when I had to visit your office to get help, I would be lost.
