Have taken up the lease at the property and found numerous obvious issues that have not been addressed by the owner prior to the property being leased. Shouldn’t be having to report and raise multiple maintenance requests on day one.

I am really enjoying my new rental property and appreciate the service I had. However, I think the wait time for reachable out for assistance was excessively long and communication was a bit difficult. The ingoing condition report was a paper copy of 160 pages which I signed and then was expected to scan and return myself and I think that was excessive too. My agent asked me to leave in my letter box for a staff member to collect, which was very helpful, however it is still there after a month. I also don’t know about the bins or my storage space yet. But it’s not a big inconvenience really. It’s just that I don’t think I should have to chase up things like this,

If the end of lease of our property was manaaged correctly, in this very good rental market, I would not lose 2 weeks rent. Our apartment was vacant for two weeks. Also they said our new tenant is moving in today, 18th of Feb but I have not seen any signed leasing contract with the new tenant. I hope Xceed will send me inventory report very soon as the new tenant is supposed to move in today.
