Disappointed
Requested property maintenance including leaking roof but property manager haven’t even replied my email after a week. Thought they are better than all other agents.

Very happy with the leasing department
We have had a couple of investment properties with Xceed for two years now and have found them to be excellent at managing our properties. They secured quality tenants for us, are on top of the maintenance and respond promptly to our requests. We are very happy with them.

Fairly average. Treated as just another number.
I’ve had many years as both a landlord and a tenant and know what a good real estate is. Xceed sadly do not exceed. It’s a very large office and they seem very busy.

Rental Application Made Easy
Mrs and I would like to thank Armani, Gary, Amalie and the rest of the Team of XceedRE for their help in securing a rental property for us. From my representative helping me to view the property, to online application by tenant app, to their emails, they made it so easy to apply. I didn't expect to get the property coz we're living interstate at that time, but still with enough proof that we're able to pay the property via bank statements and/or maybe our jobs helps too and/or we are just fortunate, we were selected by the owner with their help. This is considered our first rental application as the first one didn't push thru as the agent cancelled the viewing just hours before.
