Cream of the crop
The process was quick and simple, anything I needed clarification on my agent would respond promptly. Great communication during the process to lease my new place. A few minor hiccups along the way but nothing to dissuade me of the professionalism of the company. I would personally say that they have made this first experience very memorable.

Leasing is a breeze with the Xceed team
Karyn Mathews and her team have continued to impress, always accessible and helpful, always responding in a timely manner and with the professional knowledge that gives us peace of mind. This makes them, in our opinion the best agents for us. They have proved themselves again by leasing our property to new tenants within three weeks of advertising! The change over happened seamlessly, and the new tenants moved in a week after the "old" tenants moved out. What more could you wish for?
