Agent went Above and Beyond

We were in desperate need of a rental property as our lease was up elsewhere, the agency went above and beyond for us, ensuring everything was in place and ready to go for us within the week. Although the process was accelerated, the service was nothing short of exceptional.

Simple Life of a Landlord

I love not hearing about my rental property and receiving rent every month. For the most part this is what it's like with Xceed. Although I do hear from them when they need to contact me. I recently had a tenant move out, the departure went smoothly and a new tenant put in pretty much immediately. Zero complaints and would highly recommend.
