The Xceed Real Estate is managing my rental property from the end of 2017. Currently, they informed us that the tenant will leave the property on the middle of July this year. The agency commenced advertising our property before the tenant left in the attempt to minimize waiting time for the new tenant. Through the waiting period, the agency systematically informed us about any prospective tenants as well as about any interest by customers. The advertisement for the rental property ended successfully with a new tenant signing agreement after one month from the property was vacated. We are hoping only that the renting market will change for the better soon and our investment will become better also.

Communication was a little confusing at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved and information exchange has been prompt and efficient since. Lease information was also provided clearly with an interesting short video to simplify information. Overall it has been a great experience thus far!

This is my 1st time with Xceed Real Estate and I used to have really bad experiences with house rental agencies prior. I have only been communicating with Rhiannon & Telissa. Both of them are efficient in replying emails. It has been difficult getting them on the phone no doubt, but they reply the email within a day or two! Also, getting our keys and moving in so far has been a breeze! They are so creative in making the videos to show us information regarding moving in. The APP has been really useful in lodging maintenance report and Rhiannon responds to these reports within 1-2 hours which is impressive and got the repair done within the next 4 hours of reporting! I am impressed thus far. I have only gotten the keys for 3 days so far and I have not moved in totally yet so I certainly hope this impressive service keeps up! A big thank you to Rhiannon & Telissa! :)

I’ve been lucky enough to have Petr Siedl take care of leasing my property. I can’t praise him enough! My property manager is Rhiannon Gillard and she has also been fantastic. I highly recommend anyone looking to lease out their property to contact the team at Xceed. You get what you pay for!

Personally I would prefer to deal exclusively with a single property manager rather than a team which creates a chaotic feel for me. Property seems to be managed well though.
