Outstanding property management
We own two rental property’s and unless you have the right agent managing these for you thins can be difficult. Dasha is outstanding and the best property manager we have had. There is never an issue with Dasha and I would give her 100% for everything she does for us.

We have always found Xceed excellent to deal with. Friendly obliging staff, great tenants and in-depth monthly reports give us peace of mind with our rental accommodation. The fees are reasonable and tax statements easy to comprehend. We would heartily recommend them.

Trying hard but staffing problems
The tenants changed after many years with the same tenant. No problem. Good effort in getting a new tenant (rapidly charged fee for finding new tenant) but last inspection quite different from numerous work needed when new tenants moved in. Basically a whole lot of missed stuff, much easily seen if a proper inspection had taken place. Quite annoying! Furthermore a significant planned repairs and maintenance item - outside painting and a replacement of a shed door was never followed up. I am not sure the work was even done fully? Xceed just paid the invoice and when I asked why the shed door on an inspection photo was not on the shed etc, I was told being investigated by another staff member / still waiting... 6 weeks or more later I'm unfortunately not in Australia at the moment and cannot check myself

Good agency little mix up with power connection
Everything was smooth moving in except getting our power connected no one could tell us how to do our power and it turns out even though we live at 6/2 villa pass our power address is 6/53 the parkway which we weren't informed. Other than that it's a great real estate
