My property was leased out at expected rent, and the timing was perfect. Xceed team have put sufficient details into advertisement as well as were available for house inspection as and when needed. This proved their professional approach keeping client's interest at first. The initial rent appraisal was updated considering market trend and interest of prospective tenants. Overall it was very pleasant experience with Xceed Team.

I had a very smooth transition into my new property. My property manager Leanne and her amazing assistant Olivia have been very easy to deal with and all maintenance issues were organised the same day! I will be renting my own property through Xceed.

Good friendly agents who knows their job and adjustable with our requests too (e.g. they accommodated my request for change in time for the collection of the keys to the house when I told them I will not be able to manage to come at the time prescribed by them) process was clear, quick and hassle free. This is my second time interacting with Exceed real estate agents and they have alway been friendly and helpful

I’ve had rental properties looked after by some cowboys in my time and I was pleasantly surprised when xceed was given my place through a friend . They are top notch, work their butts off and keep me updated on everything it’s crazy how good they are . I would recommend them to anyone Who has any real estate needs !!!
