Exceed were great finding me a tenant who was willing to pay top dollar. The first agent I was speaking to did not mention she was leaving. Was calling multiple times before I was informed she had left. My property manager also did not give me any notice of her leave leading up to the Christmas period. I was attempting to call her along with the leasing manager regarding the tenants that were to move in that week. Days went by with no answered phone calls, replies of texts or emails. I wanted to see if move in day could be moved however this did not happen due to the lack of communication. This resulted in tenants moving in whilst painters were still working at the house. Overall not very happy with the initial stages of my property being managed by exceed. Hopefully they can redeem themselves going forward now that the place is tenanted.
