Joe was brilliant from the start. There were a number of things that could've made the transaction tricky with the 2 owners living in different states, but nothing was too hard. He explained things clearly and succinctly for first time sellers, and gave his honest opinion on improvements needed to be made on the property before it went to market. He communicated constantly, making sure we were always in the loop, and there was no such thing as a stupid question from us. In the end we received an above asking offer on the property before it was even listed on the market. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell their property.
