I liked Joe from the 1st time I met him. He is always friendly and warm. I had a sense then that I was dealing with a rare and honest agent. When I 1st met him, he even advised me to wait to sell my property so I could get a better price. I didnt know at the time but he kept an eye on the property and when it was in the selling price range that I had initially mentioned to him, he contacted me - how awesome is that? Joe kept me informed throughout the process from when we started to advertise right through to after settlement. He even organised an electrical inspection that was required as part of the same on my behalf as I was unable to do it at the time.
