Tom certainly made a great impression and was attentive and knowledgeable through the sale. Was left extremely disappointed that when purchasing a 1.7 million dollar property the handover service was lacking and not to receive a small gift was something I have never experienced in all my property deals. Further after the sale more discrepancies and issues found without care or action from Tom. Would definitely not have further dealings with Tom or Xceed Real Estate in the future!!
