When Adam Whitfords came to me with ihs proposal for selling my house by virtual action I was so impressed with his presentation I did not even bother to get a comparison quote from another agent. I did my part by making the house presentable so Adam had an attractive property to present. Adam worked hard to get interest generated in the property and when enough buyer were interested the started the virtual auction with a 7 day end date. Offers came in in dribs and drabs Until the Action went live on Friday at 7pm. By then I had already achieved more than I expected from the sale. The auction lasted for 15 mins with the bid clock ticking down for 2 minutes a bid. This was a very exiting 15 mins with bids flying in. In the end I achieved an additional $40K. The whole process from signing to the hammer coming down took 2 weeks. Happy, happy, happy :-).

Ken achieved and outstanding outcome for us, across all aspects of the sale. The planning that went into the sale was very well-informed, including in-depth market research Ken had performed to ensure we got our price point right, understood what the competition was, as well as great advice and strategy on how to build the most interest in the property. We found Ken always made himself available and immediately responsive when we needed to talk, and he kept us up to speed all the way through the process. We were most impressed with how dedicated he was to the process, including several face to face meetings, multiple trips he made to the property to show prospective buyers through, to then managing trades for minor repairs works required to complete the sale.
