David was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our first home. He had a great knowledge of the area, was highly responsive and went above and beyond to chase strata, solicitors and other stakeholders in the transaction. Would highly recommend David and Raine & Horne Neutral Bay.

David is a reliable and trustworthy agent who worked closely with us to sell our property. David and his team ensured that the selling process went smoothly and that the property was presented at its best!

I found David Buttel head and shoulders above other agents as he responds quickly and directly. I’m sure he keeps the vendor’s interest top of mind, but I would expect this. He obtained quick instructions from the vendor. Although this is a ‘commercial’ transaction, it matters to me that respect is shown and that the vendors role as executors is handled sensitively.

Through David and his team we achieved a great result in a challenging Real Estate market. David was professional throughout, had a very good understanding and depth of knowledge of the market in this area and an eye for detail. With his help, the presentation of our unit was exceptional. Stewart has provided excellent services in selling my unit. He has demonstrated a deep knowledge about the property market and has communicated with me regularly providing updated status. The whole process has been very smooth especially when I was overseas most of the time and at the time of sale. I highly recommend Stewart to those who are looking to buy/sell property.
