I am so happy that I went with my gut feeling and chose David as my agent. I had done my research on local agents, including asking other locals for their view. I interviewed 2 agents and immediately felt comfortable with David and confident that he would look after my interests as a priority. I have a real estate agent in the family so am aware of some of their less attractive attributes. At all times along the journey David was respectful and helpful, without being pushy.
