From the first appointment David presented as professional, informed and communicative. He walked us comprehensively thought the sale process and gave salient advice on how to present the property for sale including staging and photography. Throughout the entire process he presented continual honest review and information based on direct feedback. He was in constant contact with possible buyers and continued to provide their feedback. The relationship he built, on behalf of the vendor, with prospective buyers enabled him to communicate effective offers and negotiate better offers. Sometimes the truth is not what the vendor wants to hear. Especially if the vendor has a very particular expectation on sale price. David's feedback and recommendations should be heeded. Listen to experience. His advice, in a very changeable market, proved to be absolutely accurate. Disregard it at your peril. I never felt anything was being withheld or miscommunicated.
