The sale of our property was a challenging process that required 2 seperate auction campaigns and many, many opens during this difficult time in the market. Leon was persistent and never gave up even making sure the property was open and available every week even over the slower Christmas period. He always maintained that once the right buyer came through the door he would do everything to get the right result and thats exactly what happened. He read the buyer pool well and chased down the best buyer for us, getting a solid result when it easily could've gone the other way. He never once pressured us on price and prioritised getting a good result over a quick one. We would use him again.
