Very good experience
Very professional, very knowledgeable, and went to a lot of trouble to pursue buyers for us. Was invested in the process for our best interest. He achieved a reasonable price for the property, it was our expectations that were high. (see below). It was also a suppressed market, I believe.

Professional, Honest and Wonderful Work Ethic
Having lived in our family home for over 30 years, it was an emotional sell. Leon was gentle and guided us through the whole process. He was always available to answer even the silliest of questions and always made himself available. The sale was smooth and Leon and his team were very professional and approachable. An honest, hard working agent
We feel really lucky to have had Ben sell our property for us. Ben is an agent with integrity. He's a straight shooter and was really upfront and honest throughout the whole process. He worked tirelessly to ensure we got the outcome that we did, not leaving any stones unturned. He was always available and incredibly patient with us whenever we wanted to discuss anything. Great from start to sale!
We met Leon when exploring the idea of selling our fully renovated property. From our initial meeting with Leon he was very informative about the current state of the marketplace and what we could expect from the sale of our property. Having lived in our property for many years fully transforming it from old to new, we wanted to ensure we engaged the very best agent to sell it on behalf of us. With that said, Leon and his team totally delivered. Every step along the way Leon and his team were there for us 24/7. We made sure we handed over the property and allowed Leon and his team every opportunity to maximise the opportunity to attract the right buyer. At the conclusion of every single open inspection, Leon provided a full rundown and we discussed the next step - ensuring we were comfortable with every decision made. On the day of the auction Leon and Philip delivered the very best result. Philip was absolutely brilliant on the day of the auction and really engaged the crowd (including drivers by!) and on the fall of the hammer delivered the right result and we had a happy buyer! We would highly recommend Leon, Philip and the Gary Peer team and would definitely re-engage them to sell in the future for us.

Sale of real estate can be easy and simple

Leon presented a very comprehensive plan for the sale of our house and was able to interest a very large group of people for our auction.The auction was very robust with 6 bidders and reached over our reserve.Leon and his team presented the property at it,s best with a good result.

Exceptional!
I was so impressed with Leon, Ben and the rest of the Gary Peer team. They truly are exceptional. I chose Gary Peer given their presence in the area and reputation and they have not disappointed.
