I found dealing with Leon and his team very easy. They were very helpful in arranging the various trades people and stylist to get the property ready for sale, which was all done in just a couple of days. The communication was great, I was provided an update after every open home and received weekly emails for the advertising effectiveness. At every stage they kept me aware of what potential buyers were thinking both about the home and what price range they were in. I was a little disappointed with the sale price however it was in the range that Leon had advised the buyers were interested so it wasn't a surprise. In a challenging market I don't believe any other agent could have done any better. The auctioneer Phillip was fantastic and pushed the price as high as possible on the day. I would definitely use Leon again and would recommend him to any of my friends.
