Absolutely pleasant experience renting through Image Property and my consultant Ian Jung. Ian's expertise in the market was evident from our first meeting. He detailed the market analysis, leasing strategy, and the entire process. I deeply appreciate his proactive and professional management of pre-settlement inspection, leasing campaign, open home, short-listing tenants, and finalising the paperwork. He met in person with all potential tenants, prepared accurate shortlist, and handled everything with zero fuss. I have to mention that the whole process only took about one week time before settled with great new tenants. It’s a relief to have such proactive and dedicated support and I felt looked after at every step as a landlord. Highly recommend them for a stress-free rental process!

One of the worst agency that I ever seen. First of all contact person woukd change twice a year. No connection with tenants affect the information. I had same experience. After changing the contact person in settlement period they would not give any information. First finding the wrong tenant and kick them out and while adjusting the outstanding amount they have no accountability. I requested many tine but they don't care. I am really unhappy person with this Image property.

William is professional in dealing with an aircon issue by not just getting the trades, but working with the building manager as well to resolve the problem. Throughout the entire period we found Image Property to be not only reliable but a trusted partner to ensure our properties are well managed and our interests are treated with care and priority. Our current property manager is Emily Evans, and we would like to call out that she's been an assert to us, she keeps us informed of matters relating to our investment properties, provides sound recommendations in a timely manner, take appropriate actions quickly and keeps all our information up to date.
