The advertising and inspections was handled professionally with quick results. I feel that quarterly inspections should be more comprehensive as after the original tenants moved out we had to destroy all bedding material as it appears that it had not been washed during their 3 year tenancy. Also there was unreported damage to a vertical blind which could have been easily fixed if reported at the time but now will require the replacement of the entire set. We also only received a copy of the lease after the tenants had already moved into the apartment which made any amendments near impossible.

Ian managed my property well by efficiently organising handyman to do minor repair and painting on time. As a property investor, I updated information about the cleaning of the above property and Ian responded effectively by organising photo and advertisement for the property accordingly. He did give information about the property management percentage, and I also did my research on property management and Ian answered my questions effectively.
