It's been 17 years since I engaged Image Property West End to manage our investment properties. Throughout the entire period we found Image Property to be not only reliable but a trusted partner to ensure our properties are well managed and our interests are treated with care and priority. Our current property manager is Emily Evans, and we would like to call out that she's been an assert to us, she keeps us informed of matters relating to our investment properties, provides sound recommendations in a timely manner, take appropriate actions quickly and keeps all our information up to date. It is my opinion that Image Property East End sets a very high standard, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top class property agent to manage their investment properties.

I had a great experience working with Image Property for my rental coordination. Ms. Natalie was professional, well-organised, and kept me informed throughout the process. She conducted an open house efficiently and managed to secure a tenant within the expected timeframe. Excellent service and communication — highly recommend!

Zara, Shanae, Meg, and Emmy went above and beyond in managing my rental property. Despite multiple last-minute cancellations from interested parties, they provided unwavering support, kept me informed at every step, and handled the process with professionalism and dedication. Their communication was excellent, and their commitment to securing the right tenant was truly impressive. This is my second time working with Zara, and I can’t wait to continue with future properties. I highly recommend the team to anyone looking for reliable, proactive, and highly professional property managers!

The advertising and inspections was handled professionally with quick results. I feel that quarterly inspections should be more comprehensive as after the original tenants moved out we had to destroy all bedding material as it appears that it had not been washed during their 3 year tenancy. Also there was unreported damage to a vertical blind which could have been easily fixed if reported at the time but now will require the replacement of the entire set. We also only received a copy of the lease after the tenants had already moved into the apartment which made any amendments near impossible.
