Hi Chris We would just like to go back to our first meeting with yourself and Troy at an open home in Forestdale Drive, we were impressed and liked both of you at that stage and had decided then that we would use you to sell our property, however as you know Nathan, our son joined Johnson Real Estate at Forest Lake so we listed with them out of obligation although we were never pressured to use them, but as you know that didn't eventuate in a sale . We then decided to re list with the All Properties Group and had another meeting with you. As you went through the house and commented on what needed to be done to sell we were very confident that we would get results. After the work was done on our part it was over to you to do your part and you certainly got things going very quickly, we were very happy with the online advertising, the house looked great, and the open home obviously got the result we were wanting.
