I recently sold my property through Ils and her team. Before the sale I did not have a good knowledge about the market. Ils was caring and was able to explain all possible outcomes to me before I committed to her team. The whole process was made easy for me by her outstanding professionalism and knowledge. Most importantly, Ils was able to get a price that was at least 5% over my target price. I would highly recommend Ian and Ils. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend Ils

ils has now sold three of our properties in the Parkinson and Regents Park area. Ils knows the market very well in particular the Parkinson area, We have always found her to be extremely professional and easy to communicate with. Ils always provides honest timely feedback during the sale process. A rocket of a sale

Thanks to Chris, Troy and the rest of the APG team, we had an extremely smooth and enjoyable sale. Now some people might think this is just words, but it was by far the easiest transaction of a house we have ever experienced. We are happy to recommend APG to anyone considering selling their house.

Sale Rokeby Drive

Very impressed from the onset of our first meeting. Continually maintained contact and look for the best way to market the property. Very likeable and professional team. Having sold and purchased many homes in the past, found Chris and his partner to be the best in this situation.
