Professional and did exactly what she said she would do!!
My Wife and I live overseas, I had heard about All Properties Group from when we use to be in Brisbane. From the first email I sent, to all the contact Natalie was very efficient, friendly and professional. We need a few things completed at the property and Natalie would be there on hand to oversee it. Nothing was to much trouble for her. From when we first listed the property to all of her guidance we couldn't have asked from someone easier to deal with and so professional.

Made buying easy.
Derrick was great from the start, allowing us to see the property the same week it came to market. Derrick was very proactive and made the process simple with his knowledge of the buying process. He kept us well informed of all information that we needed to receive. He was also the only party member of our buying process that got everything right, especially when both our chosen solicitors and the sellers solicitors were difficult to deal with.

If you are looking for an agent to sell your property look no further. The best agent by far is Natalie Child from All Property Group. I have either bought or sold 14 houses over the years and Natalie stands out as the most diligent,friendly,honest and reliable of any agent I have previously experienced. I was pleasantly surprised how effectively Natalie worked to secure the best price, so quickly, for my house in Forest Lake. Especially during this difficult Covid environment. Amazing hard work by Natalie!
