When looking for a real estate agent to sell our house in Forest Lake, we looked at the different agent options carefully. We had first become aware of Natalie because a family friend's daughter had a very positive experience with Natalie's mother (Tracey Child who has since retired), when both selling their old house and buying a new one. We appreciated Natalie's approach which was based on facts and data for the area, and Natalie appeared genuinely motivated to sell our house for the best price it could yield, which is also what we wanted (and within a swift time frame).
