Process and communication was super easy!

Made buying easy.
Derrick was great from the start, allowing us to see the property the same week it came to market. Derrick was very proactive and made the process simple with his knowledge of the buying process. He kept us well informed of all information that we needed to receive. He was also the only party member of our buying process that got everything right, especially when both our chosen solicitors and the sellers solicitors were difficult to deal with.

Interstate Sellers
Derek kept us up to date every step of the way, his information was reliable and timely. The best experience I have ever had with an agent.
If you are looking for an agent to sell your property look no further. The best agent by far is Natalie Child from All Property Group. I have either bought or sold 14 houses over the years and Natalie stands out as the most diligent,friendly,honest and reliable of any agent I have previously experienced. I was pleasantly surprised how effectively Natalie worked to secure the best price, so quickly, for my house in Forest Lake. Especially during this difficult Covid environment. Natalie’s work ethnic is outstanding. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone, buying or selling.

Amazing hard work by Natalie!
My daughter and son in-law have happily been repeat customers and sold many houses with Tracey Child and All Properties Group so when I wasn’t having any luck with other Real estate’s trying to sell my property, they told me to give All Properties Group a go. Great all-round experience
We decided to go with Natalie due to her experience in the Heathwood area, but she exceeded our expectations. She always had time for us and worked really hard to get us the sale in quick time. She was professional but also frank, always communicated openly with us and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend using Natalie and we had a great experience with her.

Going, going, gone, in a flash!
We had previous experience with Natalie's mother, Tracey, so decided to stick with someone we believed had the knowledge we were looking for. From our first call Natalie was everything we had wanted and more. She knows her market and her marketing and was confident in a quick sale for us. Natalie gave us excellent preparation advice, great online presentation, realistic expectations and after 1 open house, we were Sold!! We honestly could not find fault, with even the tiniest detail of the process (including the farewell visit and lovely gift) and would genuinely recommend Natalie to anyone needing real estate expertise.
