Caitlin was an absolute godsend of a property manager. When I moved in, I had just gone through a marriage breakdown and my life was a bit of a mess and I honestly didn't have the capacity to deal with a difficult or a non-responsive real estate. Not only was this property the perfect place to heal and get my life back on track, my dealings with Hive, and particularly Caitlin as my property manager were really great. Caitlin was always friendly and courteous, extremely prompt with any correspondence, either via email or phone/text and always kind. Any repairs were dealt with very quickly and routine inspections were a breeze. On occasion, I needed to change the routine inspection day/time around work or my dogs and this was met with understanding and flexibility. I think we've all had horror experiences with real estates, either as a tenant or a landlord and this was anything but. The only reason I moved was because I purchased my own place. I could not be more happy with my experience with Hive or with Caitlin. It was a completely stress-free experience from initial inspections, to lease signing, to communications, to repairs, to notice to vacate, to final inspection.
