I have communicated with a number of staff: Caitlin Brodribb the property manager at the inspection and through the application process, property manager Sim Kaur when submitting enquiries, to other staff when picking up keys at the office, and all have been friendly and helpful. Fast turnaround on application approval and easy application process. Also, the provided condition report has to be the most comprehensive I have ever encountered - much appreciated.

Quick response to tenants and prospective tenants with great communication. Detailed reference which is good for character check and professionalism is highly practised. Apartments are modern with easy access to servos, mechanics, big W woolies, aldi etc and even bus stops for people who don’t drive. Has a safe, sufficient and well organised parking for tenants. I highly recommend Hive properties.

We recently signed up with Hive Property Canberra for a rental property. The two property managers who we have dealt with have been attentive, professional and responsive to our questions and needs regarding the property. With some agencies, tenants are often left feeling like they don’t matter, and all focus is directed at the property owner. I can say that this has not been the case with us and Hive Property, as the property managers have been very caring and attentive. We are new to using Hive Property, but our experience has only been positive so far.

Maddy accomodated a mid week inspection and also took my special request to reach late to the inspection and Georgia waited for me to do complete inspection. The communication was very clear and I was kept informed well with all the stages of my application. Maddy was prompt to update the ouctome and helped very seamlessly with the post approval process.
