Sam was recommend to us by her former (retired) business partner and our neighbour. He emphatically stated “the only person I would consider to sell your investment property”. How right he was. From the first meeting Sam, and her team were professional and delightful. What impressed me most was that she was very upfront about what we could expect to get from the property and gave us options to try and get as close to that figure as possible. I felt she was going to work hard to get what we were asking without over promising to secure our business. Every step of the way was easy, Sam and the Hive team took care of almost all of what was needed to sell our property, the fraction she couldn’t do she made sure we had clear instructions on what was required from us. Sam and the team were always contactable and having the WhatsApp group made the process (dare I say) fun. Each step of the way was well communicated and quickly iterated to perfection. It is suffice to say the whole experience was surprisingly easy and stress free. Our place sold in the first week. We met our target figure, a record for the complex! Bree and her team worked round the clock to secure a buyer for our property in a rapidly shifting and volatile market.
