Arti and Tonique helped us to ensure our property was made as attractive as possible when advertised. They helped match us with fantastic tenants and then provided a clear advice regarding the administration. A seamless experience.
Hive Property Canberra
My property was on the market for lease since January 2023 with another Canberra real estate, that I don't recommend! I swapped to Hive Property Canberra end of March and within LESS than 24 hours HIVE leased my property! I couldn't believe it! Arti was very professional, responsive and informative in my dealings with her, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks Arti :). Tonique from HIVE Property Canberra is the property manager for my property, and has been responsive and helpful with my queries.
Hive Property Canberra
I could not be happier with the service we received from HIVE. Samantha was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. I could not recommend highly enough this company.
Hive Property Canberra
It's been a while since I have rented a property and felt some trepidation of having to do so again, however all of that went out the window the second I started to communicate with Tonique, Sheya and the team at Hive. Everything was seamless, professional and incredibly friendly. Having recently sold a property through Hive, it is comforting to see the incredible level of service expands across the whole business, in both sales and property management. 10/10 would recommend to owners looking to list their property for rent under the management of Hive, owners looking to sell, and people looking to lease.
Hive Property Canberra
I went to hive while I was having issues with my original property manager attempting to get tenants. They had me an agreement sent to me within the hour of my urgent enquiry. They held my hand every step of the way and most importantly got tenants in within 2 weeks of listing ! After my previous experience with another company who took over 3 months I was over the moon. The girls in the property management team are all so amazing and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property. Will refer all family and friends as this is a company I forever trust and very grateful for.

Tonique at HIVE helped me get my new house so easily. The tenancy process was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend their services.
Hive Property Canberra
Absolutely highly recommend Hive property (Arti & Sheya) for looking after me when tenants did a runner at our Franklin, ACT property. They took them to ACAT which says a lot because most agents would give excuses for not pursuing. I've had several other main stream property agents and would rank these guys at the top.

Samantha & the team have been nothing short of incredible to work with. Makes my life easy & stress free, and i'm yet to have a single thing to even complain about in the slightest. Always fast to respond, professional to speak with, and takes care of everything you could possibly ask for - no questions asked. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the ACT.

Hive Property have been our rental agency since the start of February 2023. So far they have shown that they have great attention to detail and try to make tenants feel welcome in their new property from the start. Their processes are efficient and streamlined. Samantha Collins, our property manager, is attentive and personable and has responded to all our queries and requests very quickly. She has been great to work with, thanks Sam!
