She is a genuinely friendly person who is interested in potential buyers as human beings and not just to make a sale. It is that quality that made us feel like we were in safe hands and really carried the day for us in the end. I'd also add that she is a very confident communicator and what I would call a 'straight shooter'. She never softened or minimised difficulties or stepped in to try and take ownership of decisions that were ultimately ours to make as sellers. That approach built real trust and confidence throughout the process. I seriously cannot recommend her highly enough.

Strong from the start giving us contacts for contractors to help us prep the house. Then when the house started being shown she kept us informed about what was going on, what people were thinking. It's a stressful time and and she was always calm and cheerful. With the US starting a war during this time we still got a pretty good price for the house.

She was not only an excellent negotiator, but also acted as a project manager, coordinating with solicitors, property managers, buyers, and anyone else who needed to be involved to keep the process moving forward. What impressed me most was her ability to follow up quickly, solve problems, and keep everyone aligned. Nothing seemed too difficult, and no detail was overlooked. She has tremendous energy, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients.
