Steph was an absolute delight, being approachable and enthusiastic every step of the process. She was always happy to point me in the right direction, which was exactly what I needed when making my first purchase. She helped me with finding a broker and solicitor, and organised an additional building inspection for me which I was very unsure about doing on my own. She was also super knowledgeable about the apartment and building which gave me a lot of peace of mind when putting an offer through.
