I was very impressed with the professialism of all the team at Award, especially our agent David. He was available whenever I had any questions and expertly explained the process of going to auction. Nothing's was too much trouble, he even volunteered to help paint. The best thing of the experience was that I sold my house at the end of the 4 week inspection time $300,000 over the reserve price.
